The Houston Texans are elevating linebacker Kenneth Murray from the practice squad for their upcoming matchup, according to DJ Bien-Aime. The 27-year-old linebacker joins the active roster to provide depth on defense.
Murray was originally selected by the Chargers with the No. 23 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Oklahoma. After stints with the Chargers and Titans, Murray played all 17 games for the Cowboys in 2025, recording 81 tackles and one sack.
