Liverpool have reportedly joined Premier League rivals Chelsea and Manchester United in monitoring Barcelona midfielder Marc Bernal ahead of the January transfer window. The 19-year-old talent has attracted interest from English clubs after seeing his playing time reduced following Rodri's summer arrival at Barcelona.
Barcelona could reportedly seek a permanent transfer fee of around €30 million for the Spanish midfielder. Bernal initially gained the trust of manager Hansi Flick early in the season, but he is now primarily making appearances from the bench and may seek regular first-team football.
