What Camilo Duran said in his first Celtic interview has now come true on Colombia duty

Celtic forward Camilo Duran fulfilled his boyhood dream by making his senior international debut for Colombia. The attacker came off the bench in the final minutes of a 1-0 friendly defeat against Paraguay on Saturday. In his initial interview after joining Celtic, Duran stated that playing for the club was intended to help him achieve his international ambition.

Colombia manager Néstor Lorenzo introduced Duran late in the match after leaving him unused during a previous 1-1 draw with Mexico. Following his debut, Duran shared on Instagram that his childhood dream continues ahead of Colombia's upcoming friendly against Peru on October 7.
