Stuart Binny completed a stunning diving catch to dismiss Fawad Ahmed and seal a 46-run victory for India Champions over Australia Champions in the World Championship of Legends 2026 opener at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on October 3, 2026. India Champions had posted 196 for 7 in their 20 overs after being put in to bat, led by captain Yuvraj Singh's 71 off 44 balls.
Australia Champions were bowled out for 150 in 16.2 overs during their chase. Despite half-century contributions from D'Arcy Short (65) and 45 runs from Joe Burns, Australia fell short of the required run rate, with bowler Piyush Chawla and fielder Binny wrapping up the final wicket to secure India's win.
