Another week, the same question. The Jacksonville Jaguars are taking on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday in Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season. Brian Thomas Jr. is again a topic of conversation. The problem is that Thomas keeps coming…

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. is active and playing in Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals, but continues to see limited involvement. Billy Heyen reports that Thomas was not targeted on any of quarterback Trevor Lawrence's first five pass attempts, with early targets going instead to Brenton Strange and Jakobi Meyers.
Thomas has endured a slow start to the 2026 NFL season, recording just seven receptions for 88 yards across his first three games. Heyen notes the Jaguars appear hesitant to rely on Thomas, who matched sixth-round rookie Josh Cameron with only 23 snaps in the previous game.
