West Ham Women suffered a 3-0 defeat against Chelsea at Victoria Road in the Women's Super League. Melvine Malard scored the opening goal for the visitors before half-time, putting Chelsea in control heading into the interval.
Rita Guarino's side remained within one goal until late in the contest, but Chelsea secured the victory with two late strikes. Keira Walsh found the net in the 80th minute, and Maika Hamano added a third goal seven minutes later to seal the win.
