Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green shared his support for Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren after the 22-year-old agreed to a five-year, $200 million contract extension. Speaking on his podcast, Green congratulated Duren on concluding the prolonged contract saga and securing a fully guaranteed deal that provides long-term financial security for him and his family.
Duren’s new agreement places him among the top 10 highest-paid centers in the NBA by annual salary. The deal followed a strong 2025-26 campaign where Duren averaged 19.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game, despite drawing lower initial offers following a postseason slump. Green recently completed his own business by signing a one-year, $27.7 million extension with Golden State.
