Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is navigating several key injury concerns ahead of the Gunners' upcoming Premier League match against Leeds United. Forwards Christos Tzolis and Kai Havertz both sustained hamstring injuries while representing Greece and Germany respectively during the international break. In contrast, midfielder Declan Rice withdrew from England duty primarily for load management and is expected to be fit to start against Leeds.
Tzolis could be sidelined for up to three weeks, with a potential return date set for October 24 against Everton. Meanwhile, Havertz is expected to miss weeks rather than months, and long-term absentee William Saliba continues targeting a winter return. Arsenal also received defensive boosts with Ben White, Piero Hincapie, and Cristhian Mosquera all returning to training.
