An Arsenal player has returned to London after being ruled out of England's game against Czechia

Arsenal defender Ezri Konsa has returned to the club for medical assessment after being ruled out of England's UEFA Nations League match against Czechia. The 28-year-old center-back previously missed training with a minor muscle issue before playing 90 minutes against Croatia. England manager Thomas Tuchel will prepare for the upcoming fixture with a 22-player squad.
Konsa's injury creates a potential selection issue for manager Mikel Arteta ahead of Saturday's Premier League match against Leeds United. Arsenal is already managing fitness concerns for Kai Havertz and Christos Tzolis, while Ben White, Cristhian Mosquera, and Piero Hincapie have recently returned to training.
