Washington Nationals top pitching prospect Jarlin Susana is heading to the Arizona Fall League with the Salt River Rafters to make up for lost time after lat surgery limited him to 22 1/3 minor league innings this season. The 22-year-old right-hander recently made headlines by throwing a 104 mph fastball for Triple-A Rochester at the Triple-A National Championship in Las Vegas.
