Alexander Volkanovski highlights 18-1 ‘animal’ who he already has his eye on after UFC 333

Alexander Volkanovski has named rising 18-1 contender Kevin Vallejos as a potential future opponent as he looks ahead beyond his upcoming UFC 333 title defense. Speaking on the Precision Podcast, the featherweight champion described the 24-year-old Argentinian prospect as looking like a "little animal" in highlights and noted he is keeping tabs on his progression.

Volkanovski is scheduled to defend his featherweight championship against the undefeated Movsar Evloev on October 24. Meanwhile, Vallejos, who has secured four UFC victories since earning a contract on Dana White's Contender Series in 2024, is set to face former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling on November 21.
