The Chicago Bulls will sign guard Jordan Hawkins to a two-way contract, according to reports from Shams Charania and Michael Scotto. Hawkins cleared waivers on Monday after being waived by the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night. The move reunites Hawkins with Bryson Graham, the Bulls' new head of basketball operations, who was part of the New Orleans Pelicans' front office when Hawkins was drafted 14th overall in 2023.
Chicago already holds an open two-way slot but must release someone from its preseason roster to finalize the addition. The two-way deal is non-guaranteed and allows Hawkins to appear in up to 50 regular season NBA games while also spending time with the G League's Windy City Bulls.
