Herro, who played seven seasons in Miami, said he "found out quick" that the Heat aren't the only organization that works players hard.

Milwaukee Bucks guard Tyler Herro stated that his new team's training camp under head coach Taylor Jenkins is just as intense, if not more, than Miami's famed "Heat Culture." Herro, who spent seven seasons with the Miami Heat before being traded to Milwaukee in the offseason, noted that practices have included two-a-days with high attention to detail, disputing the notion that only Miami works hard.
Herro was traded to the Bucks in June in a blockbuster package for superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. While Herro welcomed his fresh start in Milwaukee, Antetokounmpo praised Heat Culture, describing an intense team meeting involving Navy SEALs that left him energized for his new chapter in Miami.
