Manchester United have learned Leny Yoro caught the eye when making his France debut in the 4-1 win over Belgium in the Nations League.
Manchester United defender Leny Yoro impressed on his senior France debut during a 4-1 Nations League victory over Belgium. The 20-year-old played the entire match under head coach Zinedine Zidane, stepping in for Jeremy Jacquet alongside Maxence Lacroix. Yoro registered a joint-team-high 11 defensive contributions and earned praise from French media, including a 6/10 rating from RMC Sport, amid ongoing speculation regarding his role at Old Trafford.
Yoro has struggled for domestic playing time this season, having played only 22 Premier League minutes across two substitute appearances. The center-back, who joined United from Lille in 2024 for €62 million, remains under contract through 2029.
