AFC North Week 4 power rankings: Ravens cling to top spot as Browns surge

Ebony Bird's Michael Haney ranked the Baltimore Ravens first in his AFC North Week 4 power rankings following a 24-18 victory over the Tennessee Titans. Despite the Cleveland Browns technically leading the division after defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers 27-24, Haney places Baltimore at the top under first-year head coach Jesse Minter.

The rankings place the surging Cleveland Browns second, followed by the Cincinnati Bengals in third after a 22-17 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Pittsburgh Steelers sit fourth with a 2-2 record, as Haney criticizes their offensive struggles under Aaron Rodgers.
