Dortmund have been linked with the Salzburg sharp-shooter, but currently, the Bundesliga leaders are well-stocked with Serhou Guirassy and Fábio Silva.

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly leading the race to sign RB Salzburg striker Karim Konaté. According to journalist Ekrem Konur and FussballNews.de, the German club is monitoring the 22-year-old Ivorian international, who has scored 47 goals and provided 13 assists in 99 competitive appearances for Salzburg.
Dortmund face potential competition for a permanent deal, as RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt, Sunderland, and Nottingham Forest have also shown interest. Konaté is under contract until 2028 and holds an estimated transfer value of €20-25 million, though no concrete negotiations have begun.
