Rangers supremo Andrew Cavenagh is reportedly exploring selling his industry leading company in a £4.5billion deal.
Rangers chief Andrew Cavenagh is reportedly exploring the sale of his company ParetoHealth in a deal valued at £4.5 billion. Cavenagh co-owns the health insurance firm alongside fellow Rangers board member Andrew Clayton. Discussions are reportedly underway with JP Morgan, facilitated by Greenhill Partners, whose managing director Mark Taylor also serves on the Rangers board.
The potential corporate exit comes as Rangers enjoy consecutive victories over rivals Celtic under manager Derek McInnes. Cavenagh, who operates alongside the 49ers Group and Paraag Marathe, noted that the intense challenges at Ibrox have provided strong motivation moving forward.
