For the first time, the USMNT will contest a Nations League contest against Haiti.

The United States Men's National Team will face Haiti in the CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinals. The two-legged tie will begin with the opening leg on November 14, followed by the second leg on November 17 in Cincinnati. Haiti qualified as the top-ranked group runner-up after winning three of their four group matches, securing a spot to contend for both the Nations League Finals and the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
The matchup marks another milestone in a historic year for Haiti, who competed in the 2026 World Cup for the first time since 1974. The USMNT holds an active 10-match unbeaten streak against Haiti dating back to 1973, having won their most recent encounter 2-1. If the USMNT advances, they are expected to face the winner of Canada versus Guatemala in the semifinals.
