The Story in 60 Seconds

The Arizona Cardinals signed veteran offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. off the Buffalo Bills practice squad on Tuesday. The move addresses offensive tackle depth after starter Paris Johnson Jr. was placed on injured reserve earlier in the day. Rookie Jayden Williams is set to start in place of Johnson, with Wills providing valuable depth.

Wills was originally a first-round pick by the Cleveland Browns before sustaining a significant knee and femur injury in 2023. After missing the entire 2025 season to undergo an osteotomy, he spent time with the Chicago Bears and Bills before joining Arizona.
