MLB Pipeline has announced the top hitting and pitching Prospects of the Year across each Major League Baseball farm system for 2026. Brewers infielder Andrew Fischer was previously named Minor League Hitting Prospect of the Year after hitting 48 home runs, while Mariners left-hander Kade Anderson earned Pitching Prospect of the Year honors with a 1.06 ERA.
To qualify for organizational honors, players had to rank on their team's Top 30 Prospects list at some point during the season. Nearly half of the 60 selections are ranked on MLB Pipeline's Top 100 list, with Caleb Bonemer, Jacob Bresnahan, Theo Gillen, and Lazaro Montes repeating as winners from 2025.
