The forward will sit out a large chunk of next season…

Swinton Lions forward Jordan Brown has received an eight-match ban following a mass brawl during a 66-18 defeat against London Broncos on September 5. The incident occurred in the 78th minute of the final Championship regular-season fixture, resulting in red cards for both Brown and London player Will Jones.
Brown was initially given a three-match suspension, but the charge was upgraded to Grade F punching at an Operational Rules Tribunal. After pleading guilty, Brown was fined £250 and will serve the suspension across two friendlies and the first six competitive games of the 2027 season.
