Arsenal are in the midst of a defensive crisis after it was revealed another of their defenders requires treatment on an injury

Arsenal defender Ezri Konsa has withdrawn from the England national squad ahead of Tuesday's UEFA Nations League match against Czechia at Wembley. The Football Association confirmed that both Konsa and Alex Scott have left camp to return to their clubs for medical assessments. England manager Thomas Tuchel will proceed with a reduced 22-man group for the upcoming international fixture.
Konsa's early return is understood to be primarily precautionary after he completed 90 minutes in England's 7-0 victory against Croatia. However, the situation raises concerns for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, who is already missing centre-back William Saliba due to a long-term back issue ahead of Saturday's Premier League match against Leeds United.
