49ers Insider Has Strong Take Involving Vikings’ Jauan Jennings

San Francisco 49ers on SI's Grant Cohn argues that the 49ers should explore a trade to reacquire wide receiver Jauan Jennings from the Minnesota Vikings. Jennings signed a one-year, $8 million deal with Minnesota in the offseason but has recorded just two catches for nine yards through three games.

Cohn reported via a source that Jennings is available for the right price, proposing San Francisco offer a conditional seventh-round draft pick. Separately, writer Jose Sanchez urged 49ers general manager John Lynch to pursue a trade for Los Angeles Chargers pass rusher Khalil Mack.
