Hibs technical director Malky Mackay praises former boss David Gray for bringing stability to Easter Road, calling it vital for Scottish football clubs.
Hibs technical director Malky Mackay has spoken publicly regarding the dismissal of former head coach David Gray. Gray was dismissed in mid-September after Hibernian suffered six straight home defeats and dropped to ninth place in the Scottish Premiership, ending a tenure that had made him the longest-serving manager in the division.
Mackay praised the 38-year-old for bringing stability to Easter Road during his two and a half years at the helm. He emphasized that stability remains essential for long-term success, lamenting the modern trend of frequent managerial turnover across football clubs.
