‘It was instinct’ – Joao Cancelo discusses his great goal for Portugal vs Norway

Joao Cancelo described his spectacular strike in Portugal's 2-1 victory over Norway as pure instinct following the match on Sunday. The Barcelona defender scored by sending a powerful shot into the top corner from the edge of the penalty box after receiving a throw-in from Nuno Mendes.

Cancelo received a yellow card during the contest, triggering a one-match suspension that will rule him out of Portugal's upcoming clash against Denmark in November. The defender admitted the booking contributed to his substitution after the hour mark before he shifts focus to Barcelona's La Liga fixture against Getafe.
