Jan Aage Fjortoft was reunited with Middlesbrough team-mate Juninho at Sunday's Legacy Game

Jan Aage Fjortoft recalled being temporarily blocked by security from his Wilton Castle residence on the day Juninho signed for Middlesbrough. Returning to the Riverside for a Legacy Game alongside Juninho and Fabrizio Ravanelli, Fjortoft reflected on the Brazilian's high-profile arrival 31 years ago, describing how security stopped him despite him living there and playing for the club.
Fjortoft praised Juninho as the greatest player he ever played alongside and recalled scoring from the Brazilian's assist during a 1-1 debut draw against Leeds United. The Norwegian broadcaster also reminisced about his famous aeroplane goal celebration, playing under Bryan Robson, and expressed hope that Kim Hellberg's side will soon achieve promotion back to the Premier League.
