Carolina Panthers 2027 NFL Draft Prospect Profile: Will Echoles

Writer Daniel Belton argues that the Carolina Panthers should consider drafting Ole Miss defensive lineman Will Echoles in the 2027 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-3, 310-pound lineman has demonstrated strong run-stopping capabilities and effective pass-rushing skills from the interior, making him a potential fit for Carolina's defensive line rotation.

Belton highlights Echoles's size, anchor against the run, and leverage, while noting weaknesses such as open-field tackling and fatigue on extended drives. With current Panthers defensive linemen facing injury issues behind Derrick Brown, Belton suggests a disruptive prospect like Echoles could bolster Carolina's front.
