The young Australian fast bowler reflects on learning from senior pace bowlers during his comeback from injury.
Australian fast bowler Mahli Beardman has credited senior pacers Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins for aiding his growth and technical development. The young bowler is currently on a comeback trail after a lumbar bone stress injury sustained during his T20I debut against Pakistan in January sidelined him for months.
Beardman recently claimed 4 for 23 to help Australia A defeat India A by 125 runs in a 50-over match in Puducherry. His bowling speeds have surpassed 140 kph in the nets as he targets a return to full international fitness.
