Manchester City will play PSG in Champions League play next week and Pep Guardiola will be there. The environment might not be his favorite, though.

Former Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will reportedly attend the club's Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain at the Etihad Stadium on October 14. Writer Lee Vowell notes that Guardiola could face difficult questions from media regarding the club's recent guilty verdict on financial fair play charges, should he speak to reporters during his visit.
Vowell argues that the alleged rule-breaking occurred between 2009 and 2018, encompassing only the initial years of Guardiola's tenure. Furthermore, Vowell highlights that the majority of Guardiola's 20 trophies with City, including five of his six Premier League titles and the 2022/23 Champions League crown, were achieved after that period.
