Wakefield Trinity's historic on-field success in the 2026 season has shot them to the top of Super League's Club Grading rankings.

Wakefield Trinity have jumped from eighth to first place in the 2026 Super League Club Grading rankings after winning the Grand Final to end a 58-year title drought. Wakefield posted an overall score of 17.85 out of 20, marking the highest total in 2026 and matching the all-time record. The 2026 process was optional, reflecting only clubs that chose to participate.
Wakefield achieved a year-on-year increase of 2.38 points, aided by bonus points earned from their victory over Warrington Wolves. Eight clubs secured Grade A status for 2026, including Leeds Rhinos, Warrington Wolves, and Castleford Tigers, while Catalans Dragons and Hull FC dropped to Grade B.
