FC Barcelona's management plans to transform the renovated Spotify Camp Nou into a continuous revenue generator to overcome extreme financial challenges. Despite a record turnover of €1.06 billion for the 2025/2026 season, the club posted net losses of €18 million, negative equity of €168 million, and a total debt reaching €2.68 billion. The board secured €510 million in new loans to finish the stadium project, targeting an overall turnover of €1.45 billion by 2030/2031.

To maximize income, Barcelona aims to expand capacity to 104,000 spectators by 2028 and expand VIP hospitality, catering, events, and museum revenue. The club also approved brand partnerships, including a 25-year Babylon Park deal and a €65 million agreement with Ohana Real Estate for a residential complex in Dubai.
