Fabian Hurzeler does not think the absence of Brian Brobbey and Dan Ballard will make Sunderland significantly weaker when they take on Brighton
Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler dismissed claims that Sunderland will be significantly weakened despite losing Brian Brobbey and Dan Ballard to hamstring injuries. Speaking ahead of Brighton's upcoming match against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, Hurzeler explained that the hosts will not necessarily be weaker, as replacements offer alternative profiles and tactical approaches rather than a drop in quality.
Brobbey is expected to miss a couple of weeks, while Ballard will be sidelined for at least a month following injuries suffered during international duty. Wilson Isidor is tipped to start in attack for Regis Le Bris' side. Hurzeler also praised Le Bris' overall management since guiding Sunderland into the Premier League.
