Paris Saint-Germain has secured a legal victory against former forward Kylian Mbappé following the dismissal of a moral harassment investigation. According to an AFP report, Parisian investigating judges formally dismissed the criminal case in May 2026 due to a lack of sufficient evidence.
The dispute stemmed from the summer of 2023, when Mbappé was sidelined in PSG's reserve group amid a contract standoff requiring him to extend or leave. Mbappé previously initiated the criminal complaint before his lawyers withdrew it in July 2025.
