John Voita writes that the Phoenix Suns are providing third-year wing Ryan Dunn with early preseason rotation opportunities ahead of Rasheer Fleming. Head coach Jordan Ott inserted Dunn in the first substitution wave against both the Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls, signaling a chance for him to prove his development before the regular season begins on October 23 against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Voita argues that giving Dunn this platform is the right move after the Suns exercised his fourth-year option following a plateau in his sophomore season.
