Both players participated fully in Friday's practice. Chase is progressing through concussion protocol, while Higgins practiced fully after being sidelined earlier in the week with groin and neck issues.
Cincinnati also listed Swayze Bozeman, Bryan Cook, and Colbie Young as questionable, while safety Kyle Dugger has been ruled out with a quadricep injury. For the Dolphins, Caleb Douglas, Justin Joly, and Taylor Reese are confirmed out, with several other players questionable for Sunday's contest.
