Graeme Souness has predicted that Rangers have a wonderful opportunity to win the Scottish Premiership title this season. Speaking to the Rangers Review on October 9, Souness suggested that rival Celtic may be annoyed with themselves for failing to adequately strengthen their squad during the transfer window.
