‘Losing prestige, recognition, and credibility’ – Joan Laporta blasts ‘arrogant and overbearing’ Real Madrid

Barcelona president Joan Laporta has strongly criticized Real Madrid, accusing their fierce rivals of displaying an arrogant attitude and losing credibility both nationally and internationally. Speaking to reporters, Laporta targeted Real Madrid's persistent actions regarding the Negreira Case after the club sent a dossier to UEFA, claiming they are deliberately trying to discredit Barcelona and harm the sport.

Laporta insisted that Barcelona will ultimately be acquitted in the legal proceedings, asserting that Madrid's attempts to tarnish the club's image will fail. He further condemned Real Madrid's behavior at European institutions like UEFA and a recent ECA Assembly meeting, describing their stance as obstructive, haughty, and out of place.
