Riccardo Calafiori has admitted he feels a responsibility to step up at Arsenal now, having already been at the club for a couple of seasons.

Arsenal left-back Riccardo Calafiori has stated that he feels an increased responsibility to step up and perform in his third season with the club. Speaking to TNT Sports after Arsenal's win over Leeds United on Saturday, Calafiori noted that familiarity with his teammates and coach makes expectations clearer. The defender scored the equalizing goal in the match, marking his first goal at the Emirates Stadium.
Calafiori's contributions come as Arsenal faces potential depth issues at left-back, with Piero Hincapie seemingly suffering another injury. While Myles Lewis-Skelly can feature at left-back, he is increasingly being utilized in central midfield. Consequently, manager Mikel Arteta may need to rely heavily on Calafiori over the coming weeks despite the physical demands of his roaming style of play.
