Celtic winger Jota experienced a bizarre moment during his return match against Motherwell when an ultras flag fell on him and became tangled around his neck. The incident happened near the touchline as the Portuguese star went to retrieve the ball for a throw-in during Celtic's 2-0 Scottish Premiership victory.
The fixture marked Jota's 100th appearance for Celtic and his first game back after spending 18 months sidelined with an ACL injury. Jota replaced Sebastian Tounekti for the final 15 minutes of the match, where goals from Camilo Duran and Benjamin Nygren secured the win for Martin O'Neill's side.
