Darius Acuff responded well to his tough Lakers performance with big numbers for the Sacramento Kings against the Warriors.

Sacramento Kings rookie Darius Acuff bounced back from a difficult preseason performance by scoring 25 points, four rebounds, and eight assists against the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco. Despite the Kings suffering another narrow defeat, Acuff's rebound performance marked his best outing of the preseason after scoring 19 and 12 points in consecutive losses to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Writer Ian Goodwillie notes that while Acuff's scoring and playmaking are promising across three starts, his average of four turnovers per game remains an area needing improvement. Acuff also left the Warriors contest with a slight limp ahead of Sacramento's upcoming exhibition game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
