The Story in 60 Seconds

AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim could impact Manchester United's January transfer plans through potential moves for Alejandro Balde and Joshua Zirkzee. Milan is reportedly monitoring Barcelona left-back Balde as an option amid Pervis Estupinan's injury, competing directly with United, who also want the defender to rival Luke Shaw. If Milan secures Balde, United may turn to alternatives such as Rayan Ait Nouri or Joaquin Seys.

Meanwhile, Amorim has also shown interest in United forward Zirkzee. Manchester United is open to an initial loan deal or a permanent transfer valued at roughly £30 million (€35 million).
