Sens Nation Podcast: Senators Give Thanks For Hot Start To Season

The Sens Nation Podcast reviewed the Ottawa Senators' strong start to the season following a dramatic 3-2 shootout victory against the Nashville Predators. Despite going more than 22 minutes without a shot on goal during the contest, Ottawa executed a late comeback to secure the win. Hosts Steve and Gregg highlighted individual successes, notably Tim Stützle recording eight points in five games and goaltender Linus Ullmark opening the campaign with a 4-0 record and a .942 save percentage.

Alongside the team's winning record, the podcast raised several tactical concerns, including Stützle's heavy workload and a power play unit that converted only three of 24 chances. Additional topics included Dylan Cozens managing just one point through five games, Andre Burakovsky's limited ice time in his Ottawa debut, and an upcoming Monday matchup against the New Jersey Devils.
