A look at the changes to the starting 11 that Everton could make for their home game against Chelsea

Everton is monitoring the fitness of left-back Vitalii Mykolenko ahead of their upcoming fixture, while manager David Moyes considers handing summer signing Christian Norgaard his club debut. Mykolenko missed the recent 2-2 draw at Hull City due to an injury that also sidelined him for Ukraine's recent matches. A potential return for Mykolenko would allow Jarrad Branthwaite to shift back into central defense.
Chris Beesley suggests Moyes could introduce Norgaard into midfield to provide defensive protection following a shaky performance by the backline. Norgaard was an unused substitute against Hull after arriving from Arsenal, and could potentially displace Harrison Armstrong or James Garner. Beesley also notes Everton's selection dilemmas on the flanks, where Tyrique George and Tyler Dibling may challenge incumbent wingers Brennan Johnson and Jack Grealish.
