After a quad injury cause him to miss Week 4, Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker appears to be close to getting back on the field in Week 6.
Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales announced that wide receiver Jalen Coker is on track to return in Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Coker missed Week 4 due to a quad injury before benefiting from additional recovery time during the team's bye week.
Through three appearances this season, Coker has recorded 18 receptions for 222 yards and two touchdowns, largely highlighted by a 138-yard performance in Week 1 against the Chicago Bears. The receiver previously signed a three-year, $35 million contract extension following a standout playoff showing last season against the Los Angeles Rams.
