The ex-Liverpool forward has shared more worrying details

Andy Carroll has revealed that several well-known footballers reached out to thank him and share their own similar experiences after he disclosed his past abuse ordeal in his autobiography, Owning It. Speaking on Piers Morgan's Football Uncensored show, the 37-year-old Dagenham & Redbridge striker explained that he received hundreds of supportive messages from peers and the public after breaking his silence.
Carroll recounted being assaulted in his sleep by celebrity dance coach Kevin Adams, who was convicted and sentenced to 20 months in prison in 2023. Carroll noted that testifying in court was intensely difficult, but speaking out publicly ultimately provided valuable support.
