Wrexham planning decisions: Racecourse land approved; eight Rhostyllen homes proposed, while Tanyfron caravan and Queensway biomass plans were refused.
Planning permission has been officially granted for the change of use of land at the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham. The approved proposal allows the site on Mold Road to be used directly in conjunction with Wrexham AFC's football stadium.
The approval was confirmed alongside several other planning decisions across the county borough. Other notable council updates include an application for eight new dwellings in Rhostyllen and the refusal of proposals for a biomass boiler fuel store at Queensway Industrial Estate.
