Bryan Zaragoza scored his first goal for Espanyol in their narrow win away at Malaga.

Bayern Munich loanee Bryan Zaragoza scored his first goal for Espanyol with a spectacular finish from the left flank against Malaga. The 25-year-old opened the scoring in the 13th minute after evading defenders, but Espanyol ultimately conceded in stoppage time. Manager Manolo Gonzalez substituted Zaragoza with 20 minutes remaining following a first-half yellow card in a tense encounter that featured nine bookings.
The match saw former Bayern fullback Adam Aznou make his debut for Malaga, while Clemens Riedel played the full 90 minutes for Espanyol. Currently on his fourth loan spell away from Bayern Munich, Zaragoza is reportedly hoped by the German club to depart on a permanent transfer at the end of the campaign.
