Italy team doctor Angelo De Carli has responded to criticism from Como coach Cesc Fabregas regarding Moise Kean's fitness, maintaining that national team medical staff constantly update club doctors. Fabregas previously claimed that Kean had played 90 minutes against France while injured after sustaining a knock against Belgium, calling for improved communication between the Italian federation and its clubs.
De Carli stated that staff maintained frequent contact with clubs before, during, and after the camp, though he did not address the specific timing of Kean's scan. Kean is expected to miss a week to 10 days, ruling him out of Como's upcoming clash against Roma.
