City are set for a big boost with Premier League clubs agreeing a deal

Premier League clubs have agreed to a financial package that will provide an essential cash boost to EFL sides, including Leicester City, pending final approval. The breakthrough follows an update from the Independent Football Regulator warning that English football faces financial disaster without intervention.
The regulator's State of the Game report revealed nearly two-thirds of EFL and National League clubs are technically insolvent. The proposed deal aims to improve financial sustainability across the pyramid and reportedly includes scaling back parachute payments.
