The Story in 60 Seconds

The Miami Heat have completed their three two-way contract slots for the 2026-27 NBA season by signing Keshad Johnson, Tre Donaldson, and Vladislav Goldin. Head coach Erik Spoelstra's side utilized the mechanism to retain depth while allowing each player to appear in up to 50 regular-season games. Each player will earn $678,882 on their respective two-way contracts, which do not count against the team's salary cap or luxury tax.

Johnson returns after a hamstring strain sidelined him during the preseason, while undrafted rookie Donaldson signed in late June with $91,000 guaranteed. Seven-foot Russian center Goldin secured his second two-way deal with Miami in July after recording strong preseason averages of 12.0 points and 3.5 rebounds across early exhibitions.
